Toby and Tammi … had a dream to own land in Tennessee. We never dreamed we would come across such a beautiful piece of property!

Our intentions were to have a place to create memories, and to give our children a magical place that we could share together. We knew we just couldn't keep it to ourselves, so we decided to share the magic with others. We now offer the T-Lea Farm as a mountain cabin vacation rental.

Here in Tennessee you won't find nicer more giving people, we hope you enjoy this home as much as we do.

Rates for Cabin Rental:

November thru September  *$175- per night, 2-night minimum

  Weekly Rate $900- per week, Saturday to Saturday

October  $225- per night, 3-night minimum

  Weekly Rate $1200- per week, Saturday to Saturday

There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 and an extra $75 with a pet, and a 9.25% tax.

All rates applicable to sales and use tax 9.25%
  *Holiday Weekends- October rates apply

Reservations Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made, must be cancelled before 30 days of the check-in date!
75% will be charged if cancelled within 30 days (which is outside of the cancellation period).
